Adopting a pet is a big decision and one that should not be taken lightly. When considering adoption, it is important to choose a reputable foster-based rescue organization that can provide you with a family member who is a great match for your lifestyle. By doing so, you are not only gaining a new family member, but you are also saving the life of another animal who can now be rescued into foster care.
At our foster-based rescue organization, we believe that foster families are vital to the success of the animals in our care. Our animals receive excellent veterinary care, and we know their specific needs, which allows us to match them with suitable families. We understand that adoption may not be for everyone, but if you are searching for a new furry friend, adopting through a foster-based rescue organization is the best choice.
We receive homeless and abandoned cats and dogs into our rescue on a weekly basis. We are dedicated to finding loving homes for these animals. We encourage you to check back regularly at our Petfinder page to see the latest additions to our rescue and to find your perfect furry companion.
Our team works tirelessly to ensure that each animal receives the care and
attention they deserve, and we are confident that you will find your new best friend through our rescue. Thank you for supporting our mission to save the
lives of animals in need.

The adoption fee varies from animal to animal. The adoption fee includes all core vaccinations, deworming, flea & tick treatment, spay/neuter and microchipping with registration.
The adoption fee helps to cover the costs for all animals in the rescue. Some animals have extensive medical or other costs of care. Your adoption fee may be tax deductible as FIRS is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit rescue organization.
